We believe that the future of work is remote, and that’s why our team have been working from home from day one. We have no shared office space; we travel to each day to work, but we meet up for Co-Working Days, Hubs and in-person meetings at locations throughout the country.

Of course, working remotely has disadvantages, and it certainly doesn’t suit everyone – but we love the advantages it brings for our HQ Team and us. We view the way that we work as a strength rather than an obstacle, and we work hard to overcome the inevitable challenges.
