Fox William Coffee shop & Cafe

Fox William is an independent, plant-based coffee shop and café opening in Fort William in March 2026. We are the sister café to The Wildcat, a well-established and much-loved vegan café in the town, known for high standards, thoughtful food, excellent coffee and a strong ethical backbone.

At Fox William, we focus on quality over volume. Our menu is fully vegan and centred around speciality coffee, carefully chosen plant milks, seasonal food, and simple dishes done properly. Sustainability is at the core of how we operate — from ethical sourcing and waste reduction to mindful energy use and fair employment practices.

We are a small, calm and friendly workplace, designed to feel welcoming for both customers and staff. Team culture is important to us: we value kindness, professionalism, clear communication and mutual respect. Staff are supported with proper training, realistic expectations, and an emphasis on working well together rather than rushing or cutting corners.
