The Kiosk Sales Assistant is the main point of contact for Crannog Cruises and Crannog Beag and is responsible for selling tickets, promotional items and some simple food preparation. 

This is a seasonal position. 

Main Tasks: 

1. Sell tickets for Crannog Cruises and other other items. 

2. Take payments, record income and prepare banking. 

3. Simple food preparation and sale of food items for Crannog Beag. 

4. Keep pier area clean and tidy at all times. 

5. Liaise with the skipper, crew and restaurant staff. 

 

Skill set required: 

  • Initiative 
  • Flexibility 
  • Excellent customer service skills 
  • Smart appearance/polite demeanour 
  • Calm under pressure 
  • Administration/banking experience is desirable 
  • Food handling/preparationg experience is preferred 
  • Hygiene certificate preferred
