Becoming a Graduate Business Administrator with Capita Real Estate & Infrastructure:
The successful candidate will be given responsibility from day one with this role working on the management of senior management diaries, travel arrangements and meetings. You will also be responsible for processing employment offers to other successful candidates applying to work for Capita. Your role will include producing monthly and weekly excel reports for management and other areas of the business so strong Microsoft Excel experience is essential.
This role has many different progression and development opportunities available as you will be working for one of the biggest companies in the UK.
What you will do:
- Scheduling meetings & managing diaries, booking travel & accommodation and processing expenses for senior managers.
- Processing contract / offer requests for new recruits
- Coordinating onboarding process of new employees to ensure efficient completion
- Assisting with production of monthly reports for specific deadlines
- Assisting senior managers with provision of ad hoc systems data
- Gathering & collating data from various sources
Your experience will include:
- Strong Excel (Pivots and Formulae) skills are essential as well as strong numeracy skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Ability to plan and prioritise own work to meet deadlines.
- Great attention to detail.
- Experience of various software applications (Office 365)
