Our Route Asset Management (RAM) team assesses our asset management specifications and engineering competencies required to maintain, renew, and improve the railway network. By joining us you will be responsible for delivering the high-performance levels that the public relies upon. You will make the engineering decisions as cost effectively as possible to satisfy the needs of the customer and the business. Without you we cannot meet our vision of engineering quality for Britain's railway.

We are looking to grow our RAM team to provide more focus on how we manage our assessments portfolio. As the Asset Engineer, you will assist on many safety critical initiatives. On any given day, this could involve:

We follow a structured pay framework, any salary offered will be within the following pay range: '39,514 ' 44,453.

Network Rail comply with UK Government standards when carrying out pre-employment checks for all new starters; this includes a basic criminal record check. In addition to this, in accordance with the UK Government we need to verify your identity, right to work in the UK and previous three years employment history.
