We have a Delivery Office Manager role available at Buckie Delivery Office. The starting salary is from £30,983, plus an allowance, a potential 10% bonus and 22.5 days annual leave (rising with service), contributory pension scheme plus many more flexible benefits available including annual leave purchase and health insurance discounts.

Pivotal to that journey are our managers, who will coach, support and ultimately inspire greatness across our teams. We are looking for experienced operational managers to join our team and be a first or more senior second line operational manager. We’ll support and develop you to learn the business through a structured training and induction plan, giving you all the knowledge and understanding you need to achieve excellence through your teams.   Working closely alongside trade union representatives, you will manage or be part of the management team of a Delivery Office and you’ll ensure your team understands the commercial and competitive market we are in. They’ll need to be customer focussed, open to new technology, and flexible to change. Utilising your first-rate change management experience, you’ll be responsible for safeguarding the performance of your unit; meeting budgetary targets, and ensuring quality of service for our customers, along with responsibility for the overall safety of the people you manage.
