The Anglia route comprises over 1,700 miles of track and over 63.6 million passenger journeys per year. Liverpool Street, our hub, is the third busiest railway station in Britain, contributing 32% to the City of London's multi billion GDP each year. As we enter CP6, a new five-year period of investment, we will be embarking on a dynamic range of performance improvement plans across Anglia. This will be your chance to join our route performance team, focusing on:

Investing your time in educating and influencing your colleagues, especially your peers in the executive team, on our main causes of delays to our service, you can craft strategies that make a difference. This won't always focus on the negative - you will then inspire our performance improvement activities in targeted efforts to resolve our issues.

Network Rail can offer you a rewarding career with competitive pay and excellent benefits including a choice of contributory pension schemes, a generous annual leave package, a bonus scheme and an annual 75% subsidy on season tickets costing up to '3,333 (to a maximum amount of '2,500).

We follow a structured pay framework, any salary offered will be within the following pay range: '42,336 - 47,628
