Route Business Scotland plans, operates and maintains the railway in Scotland day-to-day. Our business units ' 'routes' ' work closely with our customers, and are accountable for improving customer service, safety, and performance, as well as providing a value for money railway.
As Property Manager you will lead and direct the Works Delivery Building Team to deliver inspection, maintenance and renewal of assets to standards. You will run activities within agreed resource levels, budget and unit cost measures to achieve safety, asset performance, cost and quality business targets. You will provide managerial and technical support in matters appertaining to property, electrical and mechanical maintenance and minor new works on a company wide basis. You will also ensure that premises are operated and maintained to specified levels and in accordance with regulations and that at all times work is delivered in line with both business and customer needs.
