Wessex Property Services Team portfolio includes Europe's busiest railway Station (Waterloo). We are currently providing advice to support the opening of Waterloo International Terminal in December 2018. Other work includes land acquisitions, disposals and providing professional property advice to internal clients on major national and regional infrastructure projects.
Future projects include developing land strategies, master planning at Waterloo, providing advice and guidance to internal clients on the development of Clapham Junction and overhead line electrification and track renewals.
You will be working in highly professional and flexible environment. This role will offer you the opportunity to lead and manage a diverse range of work. It will be challenging. But you will be able to develop and hone your skills within a small but supportive team working on some of the busiest parts of Britain's railway
The purpose of this role is to help deliver major infrastructure projects across London, Surrey, Hampshire, Devon & Dorset. You will help do this by providing professional property advice.

We adhere to a structured pay framework, any salary offered will be within the following pay range: '50,400 - '56,700
