Job Description
  • Process and issue annual review packs, client quotations and retirement option packs to clients using SIPP~Pro and Delta Module Manager
  • Use investment manager portals to download and integrate valuations in to SIPP~Pro software
  • Download and process into excel charts monthly and quarterly management information, using Delta Module Manager
  • Identify assets classed as non-standard by the FCA on a quarterly basis and process in to excel charts, via online investment manager portals
  • Manually update bank transactions from both paper and electronic statements in to accounts within SSAS~Pro and update SIPP~Pro and SSAS~Pro valuations from paper valuation statements
  • In periods of absence of the Payments & Reconciliations administrator, provide assistance of dealing with banking requirements, invoice creations, fee payments and HMRC led tasks, such as Payroll and VAT
Key Skills
  • Ensure self management of deadlines being met in relation to daily, monthly and quarterly tasks set
  • Demonstrative professionalism to enable you to provide high level of administration support to an established SIPP and SSAS administration team
  • Financial services experience is desirable, however considerations will be given to candidates from other regulated environments
  • Understand and ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of business
Additional information
  • This position will provide team support to the SIPP/SSAS team and therefore there is no requirement for a high level of SIPP and SSAS technical expertise
  • You will be working as part of a small and close knit team, within a medium wealth management office
