We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our small skilled team. We make food from raw seasonal ingredients to two rosette / Michelin Bib Gourmand standards. Therefore we are looking for an experienced creative Chef who has something to contribute to our menu. If you are ambitious, want to learn new skills but have your own ideas which you wish to develop with our Head Chef, Andrew Cook then we could be the place for you. Salary is£28000 We are located in Fort William overlooking Loch Linnhe 'The Outdoor Capital of the UK' so this post is ideal for a person who likes the outdoor life but also wants to develop as a Chef.
This post can either be a full time appointment or part time. Full time is a 40 hour week. Part time is two evening shifts per week from 4.00ppm - 10.00pm approx. Willing to consider self empolyed Chef for Part time post.
