AHFA Assistant Manager, East Argyll Lamont House, Helensburgh
35 hours per week (Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm) £24,950 - £29,354 per annum
We require an Assistant Manager to support our Operations Manager in providing a repair and maintenance service to our tenant’s homes. This post will be principally office based and will involve the day to day management and reporting on performance, procedures and revenue.
Some elements of property inspection may be required. We are a customer service operation and a degree of flexibility in duties to provide this service is required. Training will be given to the right candidates. This post is permanent.
This post will be subject to a basic Disclosure Scotland check.
