Administrative Assistant required to work in our council office in Whitegates, Lochgilphead.

This is a temporary post until 31st March 2020, 35 hours per week.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, well organised person with good communication skills, and a professional manner to provide high quality administrative support across a range of duties tailored to the needs of the Economic Development & Strategic Transportation team.

Duties include, management of routine correspondence, diary management, organising meetings, taking minutes, general administrative support, following recognised procedures and organising own workload.

The successful candidate must have good Microsoft Office skills (particularly MS-Word and Excel) and have a flexible approach to working as an individual and as part of a team.
