We are looking for an organised individual with excellent face to face customer service skills.

We are a small but busy garage and each day is different.

The role will involve answering the phones, booking in jobs, ordering parts, greeting customers and updating them of progress of the works, invoicing, taking payments and credit control.

The role will also involve assisting in handling breakdown and recovery jobs during busy periods.

This is a full time, permanent position. Working hours will be 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Salary dependant on experience.

Applicants should be computer literate and be skilled in the use of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word.  Additional training will be given on other systems required to fulfill the role.

Previous customer service experience is essential and the candidate must be capable of working on their own initative as well as part of a team.  They must have a polite and professional manner and be able to pay attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all levels of work undertaken.

Motor Trade experience is an advantage but not essential.
