This role is located within the Activity Based Planning (ABP) team, a small team located within Network Rail's Business Review Team. Our team developed and now maintain a successful Maintenance Business Planning tool (ABP Tool) which is used nationally by our Maintenance Depots to effectively plan their work over the next 8 years as part of the Group Business Planning Processes.

In the role of Senior Business Analyst you will become an expert on the ABP tool and champion and support the use of the tool within your partner Routes/ Regions; as their first point of contact you will understand how they plan their work and how the ABP tool supports them to create their best maintenance plan. We are continually evolving the tool to meet the needs of our customers and the wider Network Rail business, and you will play a leading part in delivering these iterative and step changes as part of successful business change ' engaging with our Routes and other relevant stakeholder to ensure successful and positive improvements.

We're currently recruiting this role on a fixed term/ secondment basis to provide maternity cover for an existing member of our team.

Network Rail adheres to a structured pay framework, any salary offered will be within the following pay range: '42,336 - '47,628.
