Human Resources (HR) provides support on all people-related issues for Network Rail. We're responsible for creating an environment that attracts and engages high-performing individuals to deliver engineering and operational excellence for Britain's railway. An exciting opportunity has arisen within the central Corporate Functions HR Business Support team. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with the HR Director and Heads of HR to provide support in a variety of activities across our client areas of Corporate Core, Group Comms, System Operator and Route Services. You don't necessarily have to have HR experience but should have an interest in HR, be confident with managing data and enthusiastic about getting involved in a wide range of activities.

We adhere to a structured pay framework, any salary offered will be within the following pay range: '26,000 - '31,000
Network Rail is required to comply with UK Government standards when carrying out pre-employment checks for all new starters; this includes a basic criminal record check. In addition to the basic criminal record check, in accordance with the UK Government we are also required to verify your identity, right to work in the UK and previous three years employment history.
