Route Services exists to serve its customers. They supply the services its customers decide are best provided from a national team, helping to deliver a better railway for a better Britain. Their catalogue includes 64 services including IT, procurement, logistics, fleet, specialist engineering, business shared services and training. They also provide international rail consultancy in the form of Network Rail Consulting.

This will be achieved through a combination of day-to-day continuous improvement and more significant and transformational step changes in how to do business.

The Route Services communications team sits within the transformation team. They're at the heart of Route Services supporting teams with their strategies and communicating what they do as a business for its people and customers.

About the role

You'll work with all members of the team to help deliver an integrated communications plan. This will involve working on multiple different communications projects, using a variety of channels to deliver your messages.

We adhere to a structured pay framework, any salary offered will be within the following pay range: '32,256 - '36,288

Network Rail is required to comply with UK Government standards when carrying out pre-employment checks for all new starters; this includes a basic criminal record check. In addition to the basic criminal record check, in accordance with the UK Government we are also required to verify your identity, right to work in the UK and previous three years employment history.
