West Highland College UHI is looking to recruit a Lecturer in Photography, to undertake teaching, learning, programme development and other duties on a team basis.

The suitable candidate must be qualified to a minimum of SCQF Level 10 and will ideally hold a teaching qualification, and be competent and experienced within the appropriate subject area.

Effective communication skills are essential in this role, as well as the ability to relate to students of all ages.

The ability to be available at short notice is desirable.

Location: Fort William

Salary: Pay will be on our teaching salary scale Point 1-5 £32,000 - £40,026 per annum (pro-rata), with placement dependent on teaching qualifications

Working Hours: This is a fixed-term position from August 2019 until June 2020, 4.83 hours per week, expected to be evening delivery of Higher Photography
