£14,742 - £16,072 (29 Hours per week)
Loch Leven Community Campus, Kinross

Loch Leven Community Campus has a 29 hours per week position available for a Campus Management Assistant.

Working as a member of the Campus Business Support Team, the Campus Management Assistant will help to create a friendly, welcoming, caring and professional service and environment for customers. In addition, you will provide a clerical support function to support the Community Campus Leader/Head Teacher and Campus Leadership Team. You will also be the first port of call for parents and pupils as well as members of the public. In this post you will be required you to work a shift rota including evenings and weekends.

The Individual

We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed individual who is well organised, to join our busy office team. As the successful applicant, you will be computer literate with proven IT skills in Microsoft Office applications.

The ability to work to deadlines is essential, as is the ability to work as part of a team with a flexible approach and good verbal and written and communication skills.

Ideally you will have a current First Aid certificate or are prepared to undergo training.

As well as working within the team you must have the ability to deal with challenging situations in a sensitive manner
