We require 2 Customer Service Advisors (1 permanent and 1 fixed term until 1 August 2020) to deliver an excellent front-line contact service to customers of the Council, and assist in the smooth running of all functions pertaining to the contact centre, service points and service delivery.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
The contact centre is open from 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday. Staff are required to work two different shift patterns. One week will be an early shift from 08:00 to 16:15 and the following week will be a late shift 09:45 to 18:00.
