With a Certificate of Personnel/HR Practice qualification or equivalent and with a working knowledge of HR Administration procedures you will work as part of a small team to provide initial advice and support to managers and employees on a range of HR related issues.
You will have a sound knowledge of computerised systems, including MS Office, particularly Excel, and databases. With strong communication and customer care skills, you will have an analytical and clear approach to problem solving, an eye for detail as well as organisational skills including the ability to prioritise and organise your workload.
You will work 21 hours per week.
This post is temporary until 31st March 2020 due to a temporary project.
