Argyll Homes for All require an Assistant Manager to support our Operations Manager and team in providing a repair and maintenance service to our tenant’s homes. This post will require a high degree of admin support, excellent planning skills and ideally a repairs and maintenance background as well as experience of KPI reporting, performance and revenue reporting.

This post is mainly office based but will require some travelling within Argyll & Bute, training will be provided. Participation on our rota of duty supervisor (telephone based) out of hours service will be required.

We are a customer service operation and a degree of flexibility in duties to provide this service is required.
