To pro-actively develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver a continuing professional service.
In this role I will:
' Manage reporting of Property performance metrics and associated executive reporting, creating improvement actions to deliver process efficiency and effectiveness where applicable.
' Manage the provision and distribution of accurate and timely financial returns required for management reporting, statutory, regulatory, HMRC, Corporation Tax, & Financial Reporting & Governance Committee.
' Lead the relationship with external auditors, through the coordination of timetables, provision of information and delivery of investment property valuations.
' Create and distribute the executive level Property Report on a periodic basis.
' Provision of technical expertise in relation to complex accounting issues in the Property Function.
' Manage the coordination of the year end, forecasting and budgeting cycles within Property, ensuring delivery to the Group timetable and compliance with business planning instructions.
' Identify, design, develop and implement process, technology and business change improvements and lead the creation, update and approval of procedures, work instructions and documented controls that deliver financial and process benefits to stakeholders and Property.
' Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Coach advise and challenge thinking to deliver a compliant and professional service that fits operating plans and processes to Network Rail and industry requirements.
To be considered for this role you must have;
' Experience of working in a customer focused environment
' Ability to communicate, build relationships and influence at all levels
' Membership of a relevant professional body, with relevant experience or possession of sufficient experience to fulfil the requirements of the role
' Experience within the relevant disciplines of Network Rail and/or external organisations.
' Ability to identify actions designed to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
' Experience of managing within a control's environment.
' ORACLE eBusiness Suite experience.

We adhere to a structured pay framework, any salary offered will be within the following pay range: '42,336 - '47,628
