Scope of Responsibilities

Work in ticket office providing excellent customer service
Sales
Liaise with group and account customers
Cashiering and banking
Assist with other administration tasks within the company as required


Primary Tasks

Sell tickets, handle cash, cheques & cards, advise customers, monitor ticket office stock and sundries
Answer email and telephone enquiries
Process Season Tickets, Participation forms & Lost Property
Ensure ticket office and brochure areas are kept tidy and stocked
Cash up & bank daily takings as required

Knowledge and Skills Required

Excellent Customer Service Skills
Good numeracy skills with high levels of accuracy
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
IT skills using a range of software packages
Ability to promote company on a face to face basis
Flexibility & reliability
Interest in Snowsports/outdoor activities
Driving license and own transport an advantage
 
Contact: Variable Hours Contract 

Expected 40 hours per week working 5 of 7 days.
