- Lead and attend attraction events to raise the awareness of the variety of roles available.
- Identify and develop a network of key stakeholders and build strong relationships with educational providers to showcase careers within the Army.
- Implement effective social media tools that attract the right people for the right roles.
An experienced professional, graduate and/or executive search recruiter, you'll have excellent negotiation and influencing skills and a personable, inclusive approach. Confident and adept, you'll have a broad understanding of the graduate and professional recruitment market and its key drivers. With a keen eye on the recruitment market, you'll be solution-focused, able to prioritise and manage complex stakeholders effectively and be ready to be proactive in this professionally unique environment.
