Job profile summary:

Ensure the Depletion plan is followed and enacted during daily production operations by, (1) acting as the point of integration between the subsurface, onshore and offshore production teams, and (2) building relationships within the Asset onshore and offshore ACE teams and functional support teams

Act as advisor in the ACE (Advanced Collaborative Environment) Team, responsible for attending Production/Injection operations.

Identify and pursue Production/Injection Optimisation opportunities and ensure safe, compliant and reliable operations as required by BP OMS.

Provide operational support to the activities underpinned by the Base Management Common Process (System Optimisation, Well Management, Reservoir Management), including the execution of the surveillance plan and wellwork activities.

Participate in asset deferrals review meetings, influence the validation of reservoir and well deferrals and identify options for eliminating future losses.

Ensure each and all deferrals allocated to the R&W chokes are coded accurately in the PEI tool.As a Leader, foster and champion the BP values via behaviour at work, as well as by means of coaching of colleagues.

Key Accountabilities

Monitoring well performance and system performance for production restoration and enhancement opportunities through use of Palantir toolkit

Optimising production within safety and operational constraints

Managing allocation process for all production and injection wells.

Maintaining and managing well models

Ensuring adherence to WDOL and RDOL limits Interface with wider subsurface team

Job Advert:

Essential Education:
Engineering degree – ideally Petroleum, Chemical or Process Engineering
WDOL certified
Prosper/MBAL/GAP competent

Essential Experience and Job Requirements:
Experienced in:

Managing oil and gas production wells to production system limits
Familiarity with Palantir toolkit, including APEX and ARTEMIS
System optimisation tools and techniques
Implementation of and managing to WDOL and RDOL limits
Diagnosing well issues
Well testing and surveillance
Use of PEI tool kit
Monitoring well attributes for well integrity issues

Desirable Criteria:
Qualified to travel to offshore installation
