Job Description An exciting opportunity has been created within Stirling Council’s Transport Development Team to oversee a variety of projects relating to Access and Sustainable Travel. One of the most scenic areas in Scotland, Stirling provides unique opportunities to be involved in a variety of work within both urban and rural environments. Overseeing the Council’s duties in regards rights of access and core paths, you will also work closely to support and deliver a range of projects and processes relating to the Local Transport Strategy and its supporting documents. You will be an excellent communicator and work with a wide range of stakeholders in the public, private and third sectors. Also you will be expected to work well with others across a variety of teams within the Council. Additionally you will educated to degree or HND or equivalent level. Similar experience would be advantageous but not essential, however clear enthusiasm and passion for access and sustainable travel would expected. It is essential that you are a self-motivated and well organised individual.
