Support Worker Level 1 (Multiple vacancies)
Highland Throughcare and Aftercare, Fort William
Working Hours: 28 hours plus 2.33 sleep-ins per week on average
Salary: £13,848-£15,363 plus sleep-in payment of £9,214 per annum
Contract: Fixed-term until 1 June 2020

Ypeople has over 200 staff and volunteers, and supports hundreds of people every day in our homelessness, young people’s wellbeing and out of school care services.

Due to service expansion, Ypeople is looking to recruit Level 1 Support Workers

to provide a high-quality support service for care-experienced young people

transitioning into permanent or other suitable long-term accommodation.

 

How you will make a difference:

 Arranging and facilitating key work meeting to develop and review support plans
Developing life skills with service users
Planning, implementing and developing workshops or programme activities with service users

What you will bring:

SVQ level 3 in Social Care or equivalent (or willing to work towards)
