We are looking for a confident and well organised person with a passion for heritage and the arts; excellent communication and presentation skills and committed to delivering high standards of service to visitors to Falkirk Community Trust cultural venues – primarily Callendar House.
You will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative living history presentations, talks and/or workshops to our visitors in our preserved Georgian Kitchen. You will also work with colleagues across arts and heritage services to help develop these activities.
You will work well independently and within a wider team, be self-motivated and have experience of working with the public, preferably in a cultural/heritage visitor attraction.
You will work 16 hours per week.
If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership.
The successful candidate will be employed by Falkirk Community Trust. The Trust is a charitable company set up by Falkirk Council to deliver culture, library, recreation and sport services on its behalf from 1st July 2011.
