Job Description

Location: 2 posts Hamilton area/ 1 post Clydesdale

Hours: 19 hours per week

Shift Pattern: 2 nights 6.00 p.m. - 9.45pm and Saturday and Sunday 9.45 a.m - 3.30 p.m.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the service provision for evening and weekend letting activities and Contractors Access.

The candidate will be required to Liaise with Lessee’s and Contractors advising Line manager of any issue and also be responsible for undertaking the safe and effective use of heating and boiler plant, ensuring fire and security systems/procedures are adhered to, undertaking corrective action in the event of a system malfunction/severe weather warning and reporting damage/faults.

This post is considered Regulated Work with Children, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act, 2007. Therefore, it is an offence to apply if you are barred from working with children.

Preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme Update check, prior to a formal offer of employment being made by South Lanarkshire Council.
