Catering experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given. Hours vary over 5 days between 8am-8pm.  Certificate in Food Hygiene would be beneficial, however we can put you through the qualification which is currently done open learning from UHI.

Please note this position will include weekends on a rota basis. Successful applicant will mainly be based at our Fort William shop but will be required to cover our Barcaldine eatery when needed.
