This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and driven person with excellent leadership skills to be a part of the RSPB's Face to Face Membership Team.
The Face to Face Area Manager role is essential to ensure that our team of Membership Recruiters are performing to the best of their ability and inspiring the public about our vital conservation work. You will be the face of the RSPB, responsible for leading a team of Membership Development Officers to hit targets and represent the RSPB values to the general public.
If you are a natural leader, with the ability to inspire the public about nature and conservation to join the RSPB, as well as the ability to performance manage a team of individuals then we want to hear from you.
The role will manage membership recruiters within Northern Ireland so a willingness and ability to travel is essential to support your team.
This role will also be the co-ordinator for the National Area Manager group, taking a proactive role in enabling these individuals to address and find resolutions to challenges common to all Face to Face Membership Area Managers. You will be provided with a work vehicle for all travel.

This role is covered by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act. You will be asked to declare unspent convictions and cautions at offer of employment stage.
Salary starting at
£22,073 to £22,912 per annum
