Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift: Rotational (Any 5 from 7)

• Leading the team on shift pro-actively to motivate high performance, develop positive engagement and good communication across the operation
• Delivery of Warehouse Key Performance Indicators for your direct area
• Support your manager in championing continuous improvement within your team
• Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures and methods

• Experience of working at this level within a complex supply chain (FMCG) environment (essential)
• Warehouse management experience in a unionised environment (essential)
• An understanding and working knowledge of Business Improvement Techniques
• Prior exposure to work within a chilled environment
• Health & Safety managing safely and IOSH
