HR & Training Manager                                    Argyll, preferably Lochgilphead

£41,867 to £46,229 per annum                       30 hours per week (worked over 4 or 5 days)

 

The Association is seeking to recruit a highly skilled individual, experienced in all aspects of HR, employee relations, and CIPD qualified, to lead the Group’s Human Resources, Training and Payroll Services. The successful candidate will be required to provide pro-active support and advice in compliance with statutory obligations and best practice.

The role will primarily support the Senior Management in developing and delivering on the People Plan. Also supporting the Group, including the repairs subsidiary company, in change management, organisational development and effective internal communications, enabling structural, behavioural and cultural change.

·         Full UK Driving Licence

·         Access to a vehicle insured for business use
