This role is to oversee and manage the delivery of the Forth Bridges Area Tourism Strategy action plan to position the area of the bridges spanning the Firth of Forth as a unique tourist destination.

Key tasks will include:

identifying and securing funding to deliver the projects within the action plan delivery of tourism development projects within budget and to planned timescales developing working relationships with key stakeholders, tourism businesses and communities reporting on progress towards delivery. The Individual

Educated to SCQF level 9, which includes a Degree or equivalent and full membership of a related professional body.

Experience of tourism destination development activities.

Experience of managing budgets with funding from multiple sources.

Experience of making successful funding bids for tourism projects.
