Full or Part-time HR Business Partner
Scottish Borders Council is undertaking a number of change projects and we are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Partner on a Full-time or Part-time basis, who can hit the ground running using their HR knowledge and experience, for an initial 12 month period, to support key change projects and services from a people perspective.
You will be required to deliver a customer-focused Human Resource (HR) consultancy service, working in strategic partnership with senior management across the Council, integrating people management with business strategies, providing effective and progressive workforce solutions to complex organisational issues. Support the strategic and transformation agenda, ensuring a seamless and progressive end to end service is delivered, as part of a change management programme.
•Educated to degree level or evidence of comparable academic experience and training.
•Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (minimum of MCIPD level) or qualifications/experience in relevant specialised fields. (HR Generalist/Organisational Development).
