A great opportunity has arisen for the position of branch supervisor in our Grantown-on-Spey branch.
Our perfect candidates will have retail supervisory experience ideally in food, although we would like to hear from anyone who has a real passion for retail, who wants to develop a career in a fast paced environment.
Supporting the Manager in running the store you will have shared responsibility for a number of key areas including:-
- Ensuring that the best possible level of customer service is consistently delivered in line with agreed standards and performance targets
- Supporting the store to achieve contribution budget by driving sales and controlling costs
- Ensures that best practices are implemented and consistently executed on a day to day basis e.g. store presentation, point of sale, promotional execution
- Coach, train and develop staff to meet the store and business needs and deliver personal development opportunities.
You will follow a comprehensive induction and training plan to get up to speed with our business quickly.
To ensure that we comply with legislation you must be eligible to become a Personal Licence Holder.
