Project Manager (Warm Homes Fund)              Argyll & Bute  

£45,845 to £53,934 per annum                           35 hours per week           

Fixed term for 2 years

 


National Grid and Community Interest Company, Affordable Warmth Solution (AWS) have established a £150m Warm Homes Fund (WHF) designed to support local authorities, registered social landlords and other organisations working in partnership with them, to address some of the issues affecting fuel poor households. 

ACHA has been successful in gaining funding to install over 1000 Air Source Heat Pumps to tenants and private owners in the next 2 years.  We therefore need to recruit a highly skilled, experienced individual to lead, manage and deliver this project.  The successful candidate must have:

A track record of successful project management with a fast paced, complex organisation.
Previous project design and delivery experience.
Excellent Excel skills to compile and analyse complex monitoring information.
Experience of managing successful partnerships and relationships with local stakeholders.
Budget and contract management experience.
The ability to work with a range of funding bodies and adhering to reporting requirements.
Experience of working collaboratively with a diverse range of people and project managing cross-divisional work.
Experience of staff management.
