Food Service Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Food Service Manager to join the team at the Edinburgh Woollen Mill store in Aberfoyle.
The store contains a variety of Edinburgh Woollen Mill clothing brands as well as luggage, a selection of golf clothing, home gifts, an extensive whisky shop and so much more.
The restaurant welcomes both tourists and locals throughout the year whom enjoy our delicious and varied menu.
The ideal candidate must be experienced in kitchen and front-of-house management, Level 3 / Intermediate Food Hygiene qualification preferred but not essential. An understanding of an EPOS till system would be beneficial.
You must also have an understanding of cooking skills & food presentation, with good margin control and a passion for customer service in a restaurant environment as well as business management skills.
Primary Function: To deliver excellent food & service to our customers, with strong leadership skills, whilst achieving company targets & budgets, and ensuring all legal compliance is achieved, and company guidelines are followed.
This will be delivered by ensuring there is an appropriate menu offering at all times, with a high level of presentation within a hygienic and safe environment.
