Customer Services Assistant                              Dalriada House, Lochgilphead

Fixed term to 27th October 2021                       35 hours per week

£17,361 - £20,424                                               Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm

The Association is seeking to recruit a member of staff to join our Mid Argyll area team on a fixed term contract for 2 years. 

 

You will be based in our Lochgilphead office carrying out a range of administrative tasks which includes covering our reception area and answering telephones.  You will also be responsible for maintaining customer records which includes rent payments, logging repairs and helping maintain the house waiting lists.

 

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, highly organised and is able to take instruction as well as manage their own workload efficiently.

 

Interested applicants should note that a knowledge and understanding of the services provided by registered social landlords is desirable but not essential as full training and support will be provided.
