Thank you for considering joining our small but growing team in Perth.
The focus of this position is to provide Cashroom and Accountancy services and support to legal firms throughout Scotland. This is done remotely from our office in Perth and is referred to as our Bureau Accounts service. As we're a small firm, you will need to be flexible as you may occassionally need to assist the team in other tasks. In particular this may involve providing a degree of IT support to clients - if you are comfortable communicating with customers who have a range of IT ability that would be a plus.
We are very conscious that changing jobs is stressful. Our aim is to make the process as stress free as possible and to treat all applicants with consideration and respect.
The process will be as follows:
Download and complete the application form.
Submit the application form (via email).
All applications will be fully considered and successful applicants will be contacted with the offer of an interview.
We will ask you to complete a DISC profile questionnaire prior to interview - this is nothing to worry about, please note there are no right or wrong answers, it simply gives us a profile report which we find is a useful talking point at interview. You will also receive a copy of the report for your own information - it's quite a comprehensive report and can make for interesting reading.
Good luck - we look forward to welcoming you to our team soon!
