We are currently looking for a Content Delivery Team Manager to join the EU C2S2 Content Delivery team in Amazon’s Customer Service Centre.

The Content Delivery Team owns our website Help self-service content and internal facing repository of content to ensure a consistent customer and associate experience. The team completes all content requirements for complex projects, from scoping to publication as well as maintenance and strategy delivery.

This role can be based in Cork, Edinburgh, Berlin, Regensburg or Cagliari.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of Content Delivery specialists, including hiring, training, and employee development; managing group workload and establishing priorities.

• Act as the point of contact for Customer Service (the voice of CS) with business owners and other departments (Transportation, Retail, Legal, PR etc.) on global and EU initiatives.

• Create, implement and monitor personal goals and team objectives.

• Interface, communicate and partner with cross functional teams at various levels of management.

• Partner with global and EU team managers to share best practices across teams and the network.

• Use superior writing skills and extraordinary attention to detail to evaluate, implement and uphold content standards that reflect the voice of Amazon.

• Maintain Amazon’s high-bar for clear, concise, and trust-worthy content.

• Ensure communication within CS departments for new CS projects flows consistently and efficiently.
- University degree.

- Fluent English speaker.

- 3+ years’ experience leading a team of content editors.

- 2+ years project experience with a proven track record for delivering content within scope, time and quality.

- Demonstrated project management experience in the Web, IT, localization or content industry.

- Ability to embrace constant change with flexibility and business acumen.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills are crucial, as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, support scope of requirements and prioritize.

- Excellent planning, communication and time management skills.

- Proven ability to work on own initiative. Can act decisively, promptly and confidently.
