Amazon's Customer Service (CS) EU workflow Team is a fast paced, dynamic team where we support all EU marketplaces by optimising network capacity to customer demand. Our department is seeking one Workflow Analyst

This role will be supporting the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy and Spain Customer Service networks.


We are looking for candidates that have good technical and numeric skills, administrative and problem solving skills and excellent knowledge of Amazon.
You will need to be able to operate in a fast paced environment and adapt quickly to change.


This role can be based in Edinburgh or Cork.

Tasks/Responsibilities

· Resolution of trouble tickets placed in the team’s Remedy queue.
· Generating daily reports using multiple data sources : Csinsight, CSSM (our scheduling tool), and CCM (our routing configuration tool)
· Data entry to CSSM
· CSSM administration
· GACD (our routing system) administration
· Communicate and support the fulfillment of paid vacation, unpaid time off and overtime for each Marketplace
· Supporting Real Time Management and Non-Productive Time Planning
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent Microsoft office skills especially Excel
• Excellent numeric skills
