Join our Borders Housing with Care Service supporting our residents within their homes at our Glenfield Court and Mercer Court developments.

 

Ideally you will have experience of working with people in care or supported accommodation environments but, above all, you’ll have first class practical and personal care skills and empathy with the people receiving the service.

 

Hours of work are 25 per week between both developments, you will be allocated a rota in advance of which development you will be working from.

 

A clean driving licence and access to a car is preferred though not essential ,

travel expenses will be paid.

 

You’ll have SVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification or be prepared to achieve this through training. This will enable you to meet the requirements of the SSSC. The worker Registration opened on 2 October 2017.
