You will be required to maintain financial records for several companies in the accommodation, construction and property sectors.

You will also be responsible for various other aspects of financial management.

Working hours are dependent on your availability and skills, but they are flexible and can be arranged to suit.

The job is based at our small office in the lovely village of Onich, where you will join a small dedicated team.

 

 

 

The companies use either Sage or Quickbooks (both Desktop and Online versions) so competence and experience in those software packages will be preferred.

Spreadsheets, some of them very complex, are regularly used, so it will be advantageous if you are skilled in the use of MS Excel.

Because of the location, a car owner and driver might find travelling easier, but working hours may be fixed according to availability of public transport.

You will frequently have to deal with customers, guests and other members of the public, so an outgoing and friendly demeanour is required.
