We currently have excellent opportunity in our Human Resources Department for an enthusiastic, motivated and positive individual who aspires to lead the way in professional HR administration. Working closely with colleagues you will provide a comprehensive HR administration service contributing to the enhancement of procedures, processes and systems. The Department is a generalist one and the post holder will work within a team of Administrators, HR Business Managers and Head of HR in addition to providing information and support to line mangers and staff as required. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic forward thinking HR Department.
Qualified to HNC Level or have significant work experience, you will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work proactively and methodically under own initiative, manage and prioritise workloads to meet critical deadlines. You will have excellent IT and customer care skills and be motivated and enthusiastic. Previous experience of working in an HR administration team would be beneficial.
