Location: Marischal College

Duration: Full Time, Fixed Term up to 2 years

Job Purpose:

To assist the Property Estates Manager in the provision, to clients and customers, of a professional property service

Requirements

The post holder needs to hold as a minimum:

Be a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) or equivalent

Be a ‘Registered Valuer’ or be able to meet the criteria to apply for membership

Degree (or equivalent) in a property related discipline (Land Economics, Real Estate, Property Development etc.)

Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

The post holder is expected to demonstrate:

Post qualification experience working in a property environment

Knowledge and experience of multi-disciplinary property projects

A sound Knowledge and experience of financial management procedures

Experience of property negotiations

Understanding of principles and working methods of local government

Working knowledge of property valuation techniques and practices

Commercial awareness
