Working 5 days from 7, you will be working closely with the owner and managing a small kitchen team. You will excited by the challange that busy seasonal trade brings and motivated to continue building on the success and reputation the business has gained as a unique global inspired bistro
You will be a current head chef or aspiring Sous. You will either be currently residing locally or able to relocate - there maybe assistance with accomodation available. There is NOT live-in accomodation attached.
