DUE TO FUNDING ALLOCATION Argyll and Bute Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) are looking to appoint a full-time fixed term Programme Manager. The post holder will have strategic and planning responsibility and provide comprehensive programme management to lead the development and delivery of the Primary Care Improvement Plan to redesign primary care services across Argyll and Bute.
The post holder will have proven programme management experience and the ability to manage a range of multiple, complex, potentially linked, projects of work to realise the strategic vision for the delivery of high quality, equitable, sustainable, affordable and accessible primary care services in line with the 2018 GMS Contract in Scotland. With a sound background in implementing successful change, the post holder will deliver transformational and sustainable change, working with teams and influencing others to ensure the effective delivery of the key priorities within the Primary Care Modernisation Programme on time and within budget. Educated to Masters level in a relevant discipline or with equivalent knowledge, training and experience, the post holder must be able to demonstrate a breadth of knowledge to address the Primary Care Service redesign programme.
