£18.31 - £23.91 per hour (including Distant Islands Allowance)
Orkney Islands Council invites applications from suitably experienced Instrumental Music Instructors to join our supply list.
The Instrumental Music Service delivers tuition in primary, junior high and secondary schools across the Orkney mainland and islands, from Primary 4 to Secondary 6.
We are looking for suitably experienced Instrumental Music Instructors to provide cover on an as and when required basis. Instructors in the following disciplines may apply: violin/viola; cello/bass; woodwind; brass.
This post is subject to membership of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme in respect of regulated work with children.
Salary is in accordance with the Music Instructor Scale of the SNCT Salary Tables, plus a Distant Islands Allowance.
